Pipe Fabrication and Installation

Mungret Engineering is able to supply, fabricate, site install and test complete piping systems. We can meet clients piping requirements by working to 3-D computer models, isometrics, drawings or specifications. We are also able to do site or factory visits to advise client and help in the development of efficient piping layouts.

We can purchase on behalf of our clients all piping system materials such as pipes, fitting, valves, pumps, bolts, gaskets and pipe supports. Our material suppliers are large and reputable companies. With a full time Supply Officer and complete in house quality check, we ensure material received are of good quality and have proper material certificates prior to fabrication.

Our modern workshop in Limerick can fabricate spools for piping systems. We have successfully fabricated and transported pipe spools of length 20 meters and five meters wide. Our workshop can use various different fabrication and welding techniques for pipe spools such as automatic welding and pipe rotators. We are also able to manufacture piping systems for food, dairy, beverage and pharmaceutical industries. Platforms, tanks, vessels and skids which may be required as part of any piping system, can also be manufactured at our workshop.

Mungret Engineering has qualified and experienced site crew with modern equipment to install, complete and test piping systems at client premises. Our installation crew is able to install pipe spools and complete field fit welds. We also install all items required for piping systems such as valves, pumps, vessels, tanks, platforms, skids and pipe supports.
